The Details This delicious natural processed 74158 variety coffee is grown between 6,500–7,500 feet by smallholder farmers within 10 km of the Yaye washing station. The cherries were harvested over a four-day period, then floated, hand sorted, and slowly dried on raised beds under shade for about 28 days to develop sweetness and complexity.

What's Cool The Odakko Project was created after four years of experimentation and planning to produce a truly traceable, single-variety coffee from carefully selected farms around Yaye. The premium paid for this coffee helps fund education programs, school construction, and supplies for children in the surrounding coffee-growing communities. The project brings together dozens of smallholder farmers, giving them access to better processing, higher prices, and the opportunity to be part of a unique, quality-focused coffee program.
