The Details This washed maracaturra from the highlands of Jinotega is a collaboration between Gold Mountain Coffee Growers’ farmers. Cool mountain air and rich volcanic soils allow the giant maracaturra cherries to develop slowly, concentrating sweetness and fruit for a layered cup bursting with flavor.
