When a brewer is called the Clever, it should live up to its name, and this does!
A super easy brew method that combines immersion and pour over brew techniques into one system for small volume brewing. Simply insert a standard #4 filter, add coffee then hot water and let brew 30 seconds, stir (optional), and let brew another 1 minute. Now place the dripper on top of your favorite coffee mug or server if brewing a batch, and allow the coffee to filter through. When brewing larger batch, pour over and through additional water. Total brew time is 4 minutes for a small serving and 6 for a large batch.
