Brew a batch and keep in your refrigerator for 1-2 weeks.

We especially love cold brewed coffee for making an iced latte, but hot drinks are nice too. Just add hot or cold water or milk to your cold brew concentrate and you’ll be in sipping heaven within seconds.

You’ll need: 12 oz bag coffee, cold filtered water, Toddy brewer

SET UP: Insert plug into outside bottom of brewing container, dampen the filter and insert into the inside bottom.

LAYER UP: Add 1 cup cold water into the bottom of the brewing container, followed by 6 oz of medium ground freshly roasted coffee. Slowly pour 3 cups water over the grounds in a circular motion. Then, add remaining 6 oz of ground coffee on top. Let sit 5 minutes.

FILL UP: Slowly add the last 3 cups of cold water, pouring in a circular motion to wet all grounds. If needed, lightly press down on the topmost grounds with the back of a spoon to ensure all grounds are wet.

BREW: Simply let the coffee sit for 18 hours. Once complete, remove the filter stopper to filter the brewed coffee into the Toddy decanter.

ENJOY! Mix 1 part concentrate with 2 parts water, milk or your desired milk substitute.

ICED COFFEE OR LATTE: Fill 12 oz glass with ice, 2 oz cold brewed coffee, add 4 oz cold water or cold milk.

HOT COFFEE OR LATTE: 8 oz mug, combine 2 oz coffee concentrate with 4 oz hot water or hot milk.
