What are your roasterie hours?
Our roasterie is open Monday-Friday 8am-3(ish)pm, with the coffee bar open from 8am-11am. Of course our website is open 24/7, and ordering online is a snap.

What are your customer service hours?
8am-3pm Mon-Thurs MST

Can I just come in if I have a coffee question?
Yes, we're a coffee roasterie, serving you with roasted coffee, equipment and unlimited coffee tips for your at-home brewing any time we're open. You can also call or message us during business hours.

When is the Coffee Bar open?
8am-11am Monday-Friday. No coffee bar seating at this time - take out/curbside only.


Where can I purchase Lizzy's Fresh Coffee?
Right here, on our website! We'll ship your order the same day it's roasted, anywhere nationwide! Shop locally in person right from our roasterie!

How to I change the frequency of my recurring order?

Simply look for the "Subscription" link in our main menu to find your order. You can pause, modify, or cancel your deliveries any time.

Chat with us using the chat box in the lower right hand corner of our website. We can help walk you through your order while you're doing it (when available - otherwise you'll be sending an email that we'll reply to as soon as we're in the office.)
