The Details The Sholi Cooperative is located in the Muhanga district's southern province. After picking, coffee is dry fermented for 12-18 hours, soaked, then dried for 21-25 days. This incredible fully-washed coffee is also both Fairtrade, and Organic certified.

What's Cool Half of Sholi's members are women, including 5 board members. "Sholi" means "Mutual Assistance", and as such, the members work together to improve both their coffee and the greater community. One such project includes the construction of a community and regional health center that serves members and residents of this remote area.
