The Details This sweet & luscious natural process coffee is grown in volcanic ash soil at ~4700 ft. After picking, the coffee undergoes a 24 hour dry fermentation, then 50 hours in grainpro bags, followed by drying on raised beds.

Even when washed coffees are required, Cofinet encourages dry fermentation and minimal water usage—cutting water consumption by 90% compared to traditional methods.
