RETURN POLICY



Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

COFFEE DEFECTIVE, NON-CONSUMABLE RETURN/REFUND:
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your Lizzy's Fresh Coffee quality, please contact us via email for a full refund at orders@lizzysfreshcoffee.com. Please provide your name, physical address, order number, and email address.

OTHER COFFEE RETURN/REFUND:
If you purchased Lizzy's standard labeled coffee, or received as a gift, it can be exchanged or returned in original packaging, unopened, and unaltered up to 2 days past it's "roasted on" date. Custom labeled coffee is NOT eligible for exchange or refund at any time. Returns/refunds are handled in our retail store location in Ketchum, ID only.

EQUIPMENT RETURN/EXCHANGE/REFUND
Returns or exchanges on new, unused equipment will be accepted within 30 days of purchase. Contact us for a return authorization at orders@lizzysfreshcoffee.com. Please provide your name, physical address, order number, and email address. Manufacturer warranties apply to goods as specified by the manufacturer. Goods damaged or used by customer will not be accepted for return.

CANCELLATION
Coffee orders can be cancelled any time before their scheduled roast day. Equipment orders can be cancelled any time before scheduled shipping day. If cut off is missed, equipment return policy applies.
