Shipping Information: We roast and ship every week, Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays. Order cut-off is every 24 hours at 6 a.m. MST. All orders received up to the cut-off time will be roasted on that business day. Orders received after that day's cut-off will be roasted and shipped on the next business day. If your regularly scheduled delivery day lands on a holiday, we will ship your order on the business day prior to the holiday to ensure you don't run out of your fresh coffee!
Shipping Methods: USPS Priority Mail is a great value for shipments under about 5 pounds to most locations. Delivery is 1-3 days in almost all cases, but is NOT A GUARANTEED SERVICE from USPS. If you must ensure arrival of an order by a specific date, please select a guaranteed service, such as USPS Express Mail, UPS 1 Day or 2 Day etc.
Local Ketchum Order Pick Up: If you live in the Wood River Valley, and would prefer to pick up your order in person with no shipping charges, we'll have your order ready for you to pick up after 5 p.m. the day it's roasted, in our Ketchum Coffee Box. Select "Ketchum Coffee Box Pickup" for the shipping method at checkout. We'll confirm via email that your order is ready for pick up, and you can come and get it whenever it's convenient for your schedule! Your coffee will be waiting, whether you drop by morning, noon, or night.
Wednesday Tastings: Every Wednesday from 12-4 p.m. we're open for you to drop in to try one of the coffees we're serving. Have a tour of our roasting operation, give us your feedback, ask us coffee questions, or tell us about your own home coffee secrets. We always have coffees on hand for purchase (until sold out). Or, you can place an order in person to be roasted the next day. We love seeing you! Oh yeah, did we mention fresh home made chocolate chip cookies will be served?
Coffee Classes: Want to learn more about coffee? Contact us to plan a coffee class for yourself and some friends. We'll tailor the class to you, whether it's coffee history, roasting, cupping (tasting), or barista skills. Just tell us what you want to learn, and we'll make it happen.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your Lizzy's Fresh Coffee quality, please contact us for a full refund at orders@lizzysfreshcoffee.com. Please provide your name, physical address, order number, and email address.
Changing your scheduled order quantity or frequency: Easy! Just drop us a note via email at orders@lizzysfreshcoffee.com, and we'll make the necessary changes to your delivery on the next scheduled shipment. You can pause, modify, or cancel your Get Fresh Club deliveries any time. Please include your name, shipping address, email, and order number.
Our commitment to the environment and the people living in it: Lizzy's Fresh Coffee operates on a 4 day per week work week in order to reduce energy consumed operating the roasting equipment by maximizing the roast batch sizes, and to reduce overall office energy consumption. Additionally, our employees enjoy lower work-related transportation costs, and enjoy an overall improved sense of well-being. Our roaster uses a catalytic oxidizer in order to eliminate 100% of smoke and odor and 95% of the VOCs created during the roasting process. We strive to minimize packaging required to ship your order, and utilize USPS Cradle to Cradle certified packaging, which incorporates eco-intelligent design by eliminating the concept of waste through material content, recyclability, and manufacturing characteristics.
